Hey Usopp did get Haki (despite him using it 10 years ago and never again). And he was actually a cool character who stepped up when needed before his post TS flanderization. There was more than gags to Usopp, Buggy is 100% gag. Funny how instead of getting better and progressing, like how a sane story would have handled it, Oda just backed him into a corner more and more, and he stopped doing what he had done before. Because guess what. He's fucking bored of him.
