I don't see the Uchihas as a threat. I argue that Fugaku wants to raise Sasuke, Sakura, and other members to be like Itachi and get in Anbu, then Hokage like most dads do getting their son to the military. I argue that Danzo and Sarutobi are just too old to deal with Uchihas and Hyugas both having their meltdowns, killing one of them with eye hax powers will suffice.

Really, the Leaf needs an Intel guy, or Orochimaru.
