The hardest part in determining how much damage each weapon does in Megaman is that every enemy responds to attacks differently. Look at Diskboy 8 for example. He takes 1 damage from a lemon, 2 from the green shot and 5 from the charge shot in X2. Now look at Garakuta Robot. He takes 1 damage from a lemon, 1 damage from the green shot and 7 damage from the charge bonus plus he might instantly die from a charge shot if fired close since its head counts as a separated hitbox. There's no consistent damage values of how much each atack does.
