Through Endwalker and so on you were building your connections, you were recruiting these people and they were either honing their skills or getting the confidence to use them in the first place. And now it's like you've got the best people for every job at your beck and call at every moment. It's like you're leading the Avengers, to use a capeshit term- but the Devs don't want to (and definitely shouldn't) make every enemy an Avengers level threat.
