Why does my PS2 make a buzzing noise when there is no audio? Bad cables?

Also, do you guys think a clear blue controller would look good with a black PS2?

Tbh, there is a lot of shitty PS2 games that you don't need to play. I also find that having an HDD in my PS2 makes me spend more time thinking about playing different games and downloading them vs actually playing them.
