I'm trying to figure out the amount of pack hourglasses one can generally get per month.

70 from monthly shop refresh
122 from daily missions (4 * 30.5 days)
75 from ultra ball rank 1 (achievable for most players)
20 more if you push to master ball rank

Right off the bat that's 267 per month, or 287 if you push for master ball rank each month.

Then 1st-time rewards for solo battles with each new set... making quick rough estimates here, but I think there's about 126 hourglasses for the "big" sets, and 80ish(?) for the "mini" sets. Assuming they keep doing a monthly rotation of big/mini/mini, that's roughly 286 hourglasses every 3 months, or 95 per month on average. So that's now 362-382 hourglasses per month.

Then there's the promo drop events (which I think are monthly?) which also have 1st-time rewards... the alcremie one gave you 20 hourglasses, so I assume it's similar for all of them. So now up to 382-402.

Then there's extra ones you get here and there from other events, but those aren't as consistent or easy to measure. A handful gotten by chance from the bonus picks in wonder pick events. 60 hourglasses from the summer event missions (july). 120(!) hourglasses from the 6-month anniversary event missions. 12 hourglasses from pokemon day event missions (march). I'm just gonna arbitrarily say you can expect about 30 hourglasses per month on average from these sorts of events. And that's probably being conservative, but it at least gives a baseline of what to expect (with anything more than 30 just being a bonus).

Putting our final total at...

>412-432 pack hourglasses per month

(There's also premium stuff which I assume gives out hourglasses. But I'm a poorfag so I wouldn't know.)
