The only political platform the Republicans have (especially in the MIGA era) is contrarianism. Literally just ragebait at a national scale. Ramp up all their talking heads to build up boogeymen in the heads of their viewers (the tranny teen athlete, the groomer LGBT teacher, the pro Hamas college student etc.) then propose stuff that "owns" them. It of course also negatively affects republican voters, but who cares, we owned the libs.

Trump's sole response to being implicated to a mass pedophilia and trafficking scandal was OUT OF NOWHERE to call it a "Democrat and Obama (trigger word) hoax", no evidence needed, the hypocrisy and lies erased, all that matters is "show it as being from the opposite sports team" and that's enough.
