I started playing Needy Streamer Overload and I got her to start talking about otaku shit during her streams, which in turn made her start talking about kaiju movies and how she wants to grow into a giant and step on schools. It's one of those totally unexpected giantess moments that makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck. A chronically-depressed, drug addicted, self-harming giantess with a grudge against normies and schools would be pretty neat.
