IF didn't get raped in that scene (or anywhere else). She just witnessed extreme (implied sexual) torture (enough to literally drive the victim insane) inflicted on someone else. I like how the game actually rolls with it from that point on, showing her still getting panic attacks over it 10 years later, while her best friend just shrugs and tells her she should just get over it already because it's been 10 years.
