I reached 10-15 reps in series of hydrant, clamshell, side leg raise, donkey kicks with heavy resistance band (not just plain rubber, the one that is rubber stitched together with fabric) and just stopped on boredom and feeling that i need heavier exercises (i can do like 100 reps of glute abduction with band on chair in one go and still feels like nothing for volume)

Same with barbell hip thrust, reached goal -> stopped -> reached same weight x 15-20 reps x3 -> stop again over years because depression

Since my butt craves for some weight, i started lifting again, but idk, i will reach weight/number of reps back then the only thing i can push is something like 30+ reps x3 sets without buying 2x10kg plates and bench.
Also i finally started to lose weight .... and at same time i want to gain muscle :/
