Why can't we like sue Mastercard and the other one for basically taking away our rights to buy what we want?

As much as I know these companies don't care for my rights by law they have to even if it kills them inside as someone who uses there product unless it says in there guidelines (You can not by any nsfw material with our service) we have the right to buy nearly anything with there service. So why can't we sue?
