The fucked up thing is nowadays they need you to download multiple apps on your phone to be able to attend these events. Few months ago I helped my parents buy tickets for some sports ball event. First ticket master no longer just lets you buy and then print tickets, you have to use their bullshit app, then you need to download another app for the venue to get in. And i had to do it for each my parents phone, each of them needed their own accounts. And i think to get it nowadays they have the option to use facial recognition, or your phone. I'm sure eventually facial recognition will be the only option. The whole thing is fucking dystopian and the worst part is like 99% of people see nothing wrong with it.
