Its really good for you (ironically, considering) and so tasty. I thought I hated it for years, like a lot of stuff just because my mother was as rotten of a cook as I am, worse, actually. I mean the mistake most people make is over cooking it. And indeed lots of onions are choice.

I really think next time you will ace it, just because you seem to do so well the first time. I sure wish I had some liver. I will get some in a month or so when I have the balls to try something new and its not so hot out for experimental cooking.

Anyways thanks for sharing your experience. I love gaygen cooking anecdotes. They stoke my confidence in trying stuff and give me something tasty to look forward to. I dont think I would have done so well my first time trying to cook it, since it must be very different than steak or chops. Which I need to get started rn atm
