Eh people shit on Hori for the ending, but if he wrote a Naruto tier ending he would have been shit on even more since there was no ship that had enough development to justify a marriage in the final chapter. Deku and Ochako were obviously meant to be a thing so we should have gotten a confession, but he chickened out for some reason. Same thing happened with Shokugeki no Soma where the two MCs were clearly meant to be an item in the end and they're in love, but neither confess so fans are left to wonder what happens to them.
