Is that a trillium flower? There's no tru-alpine stuff here and I I'm meh about that anyways but there's sub-alpine and that's always nice in the middle of a hot summer like this is shaping up to be. I gotta figure out some good high altitude routes this summer. I've had too many trips to lower elevation places in July and August and even late June that were just misery because of the heat.

The parking situation with pic related is really shitty.
There's a HUGE lot nearby, but it's parking for a brewery only which of course has a big patio with a prime view of the waterfall - and they have a sign up saying sorry no parking for other events - and there's this tiny maybe 5-6 car lot next door with a small sign where you can actually park to see the upper falls. And it didn't seem like there was any way for the public to access the bottom of upper falls (or lower falls, but the internet suggests I may be wrong about lower falls of the genessee
