Artificial wombs will lead to the complete replacement of women. Women having a monopoly on the ability to give birth to babies it literally the only reason why they exist. If any women are produced by the artificial wombs, their ability to give birth will genetically deteriorate, since gene variants that make them worse at giving birth would no longer be selected out of the gene pool.

Artificial wombs will make humanity more r-selected in general, since producing new humans becomes far cheaper due to the woman bottleneck being removed. This could increase the odds of extreme wars with massive casualties happening, since mass casualties would no longer be as costly. Anyone killed in war can be easily replaced, so mass death is easy for a society to recover from.

On the plus side, artificial womb-using cultures would also be idiocracy-proof, since they would go extinct if people ever become too stupid to build and maintain artificial wombs.
