Yeah, I think I finally understood why I disliked this plot twist so much.
The whole story with Lurco reminded me Quercus Alba case from the ace attorney investigations.
Somehow goofy characters from the unserious VN did better job than all senators in the expeditions game.
>This guy is clearly a criminal ringleader who got cornered so he tries to flee using diplomatic immunity.
>One team is stalling for time and trying to prove they know his connection to the crime, while the other team is trying to revoke his immunity.
