honestly can't confirm stuck shed since the area in question is too blurry, but the shedease stuff is just water and some emollients, dont bother unless a regular soak takes care of it. should just roll off after a 10 minutes soak and lightly running the tail through your fingers. If nothing happens, something else is going on, may be vet time in that case.
