I just had an SBO run where she rested, got hit with night owl, I put her in the infirmary, rested again, she got it again, and then later in the run she got it a third time. And then she ate too much and got fat so she couldn't gain speed until curing that too. And the same turn had multiple events that tried to give her speed.
