Technically that specific one isn't mine but it reinforces one I did make (pic related). Drawing on a screen is actively harmful to artists in a way that drawing traditionally isn't, or more accurately digital exacerbates the ways that drawing traditionally is harmful. With a screen you're transfixed to the screen itself 100% of the time with zero compulsory movement. With traditional media, more often than not, you have to sharpen pencils, apply paint, swap out your markers or pens etc. regularly; you're in motion so the burden of the sub-optimal posture is alleviated somewhat

I'm a big advocate for using screen-free tablets for that reason. With your arms and shoulders largely at rest, and the screen's height level with your brow, it's just a much healthier way to draw long term-and if you get a large tablet the drawing "feel" is near identical to using a screen, anyway.
