The Taunt Weakening Tez got seems alright though. Enemies don't usually resist buffs so it could be a guaranteed skill proc decrease (assuming they don't update resistances). Might also be the only time Taunt on enemies serves a purpose other than triggering Buff Reversal? I don't remember anyone else doing something like this.

I might be going through the same thing currently. Still don't have him despite pulling in every banner he showed up since I started playing.
Meanwhile regular Wakan seems to chase me every chance he gets. I always go in his banners expecting to get a 4-star at most and he shows up somehow.
