Well after simping for Willie Wildcat's insane attack power and failing on his rerun I only have 55 stones and 12 tickets so not really. But by the time April rolls around we'll get another 10 tickets from the Andvari shop and more stones so I'll probably have 40 pulls by then.

I doubt they could release anyone cuter than Yoshito but we'll see, maybe there's a worthy contender haha. Fingers crossed there's at least 1 interesting character that's not a limited.

Festival Tezcatlipoca and Andvari have received Skill Evolutions.

Tezcatlipoca’s Sharpshooter turns into Night Market Storm Sniper.

He still inflicts Weakness on an enemy if they are one the 3rd space in front of him or the adjacent spaces basically a small cross area. He now inflicts Taunt the same way rather than the 3rd space in front of him. But the activation is now at the end of the Move Phase rather than Phase Start giving you more control where it activates. Also at Phase Start 100% of the time he grants himself Glint and now inflicts Taunt Weakening to seemingly the entire board which lowers the enemy’s Skill Activation rate by 20% when they have Taunt.

Andvari gets two Skill Evolutions.
Excavator turns into Grand Explorer.
After moving he now grants himself Crit at 90% chance and grants Glint to himself and Allies around him at a 70% chance. Phase Start he can grant Crit to allies around him at a 90% chance.
And after hitting enemies he has a 60% of lowering their CP by 50.

The Cursed now turns into Owner of the Haunted Ring.

When taking damage he now has a 70% chance of inflicting Curse to the one who damaged him and any enemy directly adjacent to them. He can also inflict Dazzle in the same way but at a 90% chance. When taking damage he will also grant Admantine to an ally directly behind him at an 80% chance. He now has a 3x damage modifier when damaging Cursed enemies. After Moving he has an 80% to remove one debuff from himself and allies directly adjacent to him.

Takemaru was the easiest his permanent 5star spooked me randomly. I got his Christmas alt from the 5 star ticket and stone pack you can buy during anniversary because I wanted Bigfoot. Summer Wakan Tanka took about 800 stones equivalent during his debut. Nightclub took over 220 summons. And of course Shennong was my Moritaka

The Taunt Weakening Tez got seems alright though. Enemies don't usually resist buffs so it could be a guaranteed skill proc decrease (assuming they don't update resistances). Might also be the only time Taunt on enemies serves a purpose other than triggering Buff Reversal? I don't remember anyone else doing something like this.

I might be going through the same thing currently. Still don't have him despite pulling in every banner he showed up since I started playing.

It's probably in part thanks to how he was teased in Magical Snow Land, he was pretty much one of the main characters in it despite not being featured in the banner. Aside from that, his design and being voiced by Legoshi's VA doesn't help matters either. Two nickels moment. Anyway, had to cope with not getting Jack Frost somehow so here's his current shop lines all in one place.

First a reminder that the limited AR card in Andvari's shop will be replaced with a new one in just over 9 days. If you care about Dungeon Exp you might want to get one copy for a 10% battle exp increase or with all copies it increases it by 25%.

Second in battle Jack Frost is a mix of Zhurong and Y'golonac with Summer Shennong's Charge Skill. I feel like Jack Frost and Zhurong could in theory work well together with HP reduction debuff shenanigans.

I didn't pay too much attention but I think if you complete all 6 quests you get 14 stones. So that would be the same amount you'd get from completing all the Item Collection Quests in a standard event. Of course those still have Story Quests and 8 more Tickets to earn than New Semester does but it's better than no increase at all.

Jack Frost being a CP Battery with Hastur could work but not well. He only gives up to 8 CP to everyone around him at a 40% chance and grants Arousal at 60% for each debuff. Y'golonac would be a better CP Battery when paired with Hastur.

But Hastur, Jack Frost, and Zhurong could work very well with Debuff spreading it just depends if my understanding of Zhurong's Debuff Duplicate and Redistribute. Jack Frost's HP reduction post-debuff lowering enemy HP by 1000 for each Debuff with Zhurong's -2000 HP after Debuff. So between the three of them in an optimal set up can inflict up to 13 or 14 Debuffs. So in theory Jack Frost and Zhurong could reduce enemy HP by 39,000 - 42,000 and if Zhurong's Duplicate and Redistribute activates and allows the -HP effects to activate again then it's 78,000 - 84,000 HP it could be higher his CS can reduce HP by 3000 per debuff. But I could be wrong based on how Skill priority/timing would work and it would be tricky to test since to my knowledge we can't see the exact HP of enemies.

You're right but I still feel bad considering you and others wanted him a bit more than I did. I will say though seeing and hearing the shop lines has made me like him more. Also after looking at his skins and fanart it seems you were kinda right about him being a mix of soft and firm. And I need people to make fanart of him in his button up long sleeve shirt and suspenders outfit. It's simple but I've always liked it I can blame Drayden from Pokémon for that especially with how he looks in Pokémon Generations.

As nice as it'd be to have a higher rarity of Jack or Hastur for instance, I don't think I'd get much use out of them specifically. Like, 3-stars are enough for SQs, it's not too difficult to rip voice clips, text can be a little more involved but it's still doable if the wikis don't have it, and character sprites might be beyond me but thankfully EN wiki's fancy atlas stitcher has it covered for the most part. The only things left would be their gameplay function (which might not be needed with supports/unit variety) or being able to put them on my home screen (admittedly a terrible loss, but I'll manage).

But you're right with state of the game not having 5 star copies of characters isn't the end of the world. Plus having access to practically everything related to the characters outside of the game adds to that. As for having them on your home screen I was going to say use AR cards but I realized that Hastur has not been featured in any cards yet.

I tested out Zhurong, Jack Frost, and Hastur they work well enough. The team really gets going after the 3rd turn when Hastur can inflict most of his Debuffs. I added Volos because I remembered he can grant Combo to characters after moving which could let Zhurong reapply Debuffs twice which means more damage and more chances to steal HP/CP from enemies.

As for AR cards Zhurong- Family Talks for Glint Strengthening, Jack Frost - Can't Fight or Make Rice Cakes Alone. Can reduce enemy HP by another 1000 before he hits them on odd turns. Volos- Running Through the Mysterious City with You because I just learned Glint and Concentration stack

I haven't looked into Curren & MS-C1 because I don't want to be spoiled on anything story related but I'm pretty positive it was Summer Shennong. He's actually still pretty competent despite being released almost 5 years ago. Though he is starting to show his age a bit since he and Summer Hephaestus didn't get a Skill Evolution during the Virtual Summer Memories rerun in 2023 but I'll still use him regardless.

If you want an even easier time use Mononobe as a support with the AR card with him and Lil' Salomon. Since he's Divine Attribute he has a 2x damage multiplier on every Attribute except All-round, Null, Infinity, and Divine.

Death By Debuff was fun to make but I wish I knew how much HP was actually being dealt. I'm glad I remembered Volos because Combo really helps make this work especially with smaller vertical stages so everyone is grouped together so most enemies get Debuffed and you can have Hastur or Jack Frost also get Combo if you position them right to take out stragglers easier.

No and while gameplay isn't everything but from what I've seen on Youtube it feels dull for something in 2025. The VN sections with Live2D remind me of Destiny Child and Gaydorado and from what I remember from those two game it's leaning towards Gaydorado quality. Anyone remember/know that game? XXL Woofia seems to have 3-6 star rarity with XXL being the 6 star equivalent and the rates are slightly better than Housamo and LiveAHero at 2.25%. There is about a day and a half left before the AR Cards A Solemn First Shrine Visit and Our Checkmate are replaced with two other cards. A Solemn First Shrine Visit will be reran at a later date but this is the 2nd run of Our Checkmate and like other AR Cards before it means it won't be in Andvari's Shop again. For reference it gives the equipped Transient When Appearing grant Atk Up to self and Allies on the entire board at a 50 - 100% Chance and increases Ally Points by 50 - 100%

The new AR Card is called Phantom Thieves' Entrance Ceremony. With the effects of Before Hitting inflict Dazzle on the enemy on the second space in front of the equipped Transient and enemies near them 45 - 90% chance. It also can increase the chance of getting extra Guild Membership Seals 5 - 10%.

The other card is Running Through the Mysterious City with You.
At Phase Start it can grant Concentration to allies around the equipped Transient 50-100%. It also can increase the chance of extra Guild Membership Seals at 5-10%

There is about 4 and a half days left before the end of the New Semester 2025 part 1 banner. So we should be getting the part 2 banner reveal around Monday or Tuesday.

In my opinion no. When Appearing effects only activate once and while Atk up lasting for 4 turns is nice but not really needed. Especially thanks to options like Oscar, Mononobe, Jack Frost, or the old reliable combo of Cthugha and Leannan Sidhe who can clear Quests without the extra Attack. The Ally Point increase doesn't really matter either when we get 30,000 Ally Points a week just by logging in. After you get one copy of Aether Lucky Cat there really isn't any reason to use the Premium Ally Summon anymore unless you just want to try for a few extra items or an enemy character you like the design of. To me Gargoyle has aspects of Cthugha and Galvo. But yeah gray dragon that has a big and small form they have some overlap. Honestly there are characters that take various degrees of "Heavy Inspiration" from other characters. On the human side it's same face and body type like with Sandayu's artist Icebanon. All the characters he's done they feel like the same guy just in a different outfit. The anthro side you have the artist make a character the same species as another character they did from another game like Sigvaldi from AE and Dainsleif from Crave. Obsidius from LAH and Dallaman from Woofia. But when they have nearly the same color scheme too you get Oguchi Magami and Wolakite from Crave. I don't know how development works maybe the artists don't have much freedom in the process and draw what they're told or they could have all the freedom in the world.

I liked the event even if it felt like Hot Spring mountain but MY BOY DEBUTS! I thought Wakan debuted later but I was excited to see him for 4 seconds. Durga was a lot more of a jerk at the beginning considering what I remember of her from Halloween Police. It was really silly to have stadiums in the mountain but sure why not. Chernobog experiencing new things always makes me happy. Zao still hates us in the why do I put up with you way. Granted I choose the snarky options so I don’t make it any easier. I know Zao’s a Transient but he the fact he doesn't know anything outside of mountains kills me and they wanted him to be a teacher. Kyuma and Shuten get a bit more time. Durga struggling with her expectations of what she thinks people want her to be, the possible consequences of failure, and the obsession that comes with it can be something many can sympathize with. Then eventually saying screw it do what makes you happy it is just the game's message overall. Her and the daughter of the mountain being once the same entity with Durga being the part people did not care and discarded is literally Triton and Dagon. There might be some other stuff but I read this really late last night so I might not be remembering everything.

I have another thing to about O' the Great Gendarme. First is that the song that plays when shenanigans ensure in newer events was just this this events battle theme. I can't even hear it as a battle theme because of that.

Second I had a realization about Durga and by extension Dagon

The reason she's Infernal Attribute is because she is the combination of all the things that were considered ugly/unnecessary about The Daughter of The Mountain. And also this explains why Dagon is Infernal too! Of course Infernal characters were explained in Chapter 6 but my brain remade that connection earlier today.

It was I really like how it makes since why the characters are Infernal and how it works in the App. But I will say I'm still wondering about the implications of Infernal in regards to Chapter 6. Because of Babalon using Azathoth to bring the Infernal soldiers to Tokyo was the major reveal/lore drop in a way that their existence was unheard of. However there have been a few Infernal enemies in battle during some events before Chapter 6 and Infernal as an Attribute was even mentioned by Snow or Claude in Chapter 1. Maybe Infernal App users have always been a thing since say Durga is somehow her own person so she can exist in Tokyo. While the soldiers are just a broken mess of unnecessary/useless memories and that's why them being in Tokyo is a big deal rather than them being Infernal Attribute. I'm probably thinking way to much about this.

A Date Quest Campaign has been announced! Date Quests for Leib, Hecate, Breke, Shuten, Ulaanbaatar and a secret character will be added over the course of the campaign from April 11, 2025 (Friday) 20:00 (scheduled) - May 2, 2025 (Friday) 13:59 (scheduled)

A banner featuring Ulaanbaatar and Shuten.

Like last year other characters should be featured on banners in the future.

A new AR Card banner will be available along with another banner featuring older cards.

Of course having the new cards will increase the amount of Agapanthus Flower Decorations earned from Event Quests

There is also new 2 star characters "New Gen”.

There will also be skill evolutions but details will be announced later.

Yeah, I don't remember if they address it later or not, but that would be my guess. Another thing to consider is the way they were brought to Tokyo. You've read Year of the Guardian Dog at this point, and the way they explain the common summoning method in it (and in early chapters too, I suppose) seems quite different from what Babalon and Azathoth pulled.

Guy Fier- I mean Ulaanbaatar's 5 star version has received a Skill Evolution. Invasion Foiler becomes Inviolable Gesir Khan. It gives him a 60% chance to give himself Crit+ After Moving and When Appearing he grants two types of Non-Debuff Strengthening to himself and allies on the entire board. The first type is exactly what Valentine Moritaka has where if you don't have any removeable debuffs Skill Activation rate increases by 30% plus its an irremovable buff and lasts for 3 turns. The other type is new where you get a 0.3x Defense boost under the same conditions and lasts for 4 turns. Pretty nice considering he has Nullify Debuff and the ability to provide multiple status resistances.

There is of course the new AR Card banner. In my opinion the only good cards for battle are the 5 stars. The card with Shuichi and MacRoich has potential at base level Before Hitting there is a 60% chance to remove 10% of the target's max HP and it's a 100% chance at max level. I wanted this card for the team I made around Zhurong. So I spent 51 tickets and unsurprisingly didn't get it but I'd rather be unlucky trying for AR Cards than a character.

Campaigns like this don't usually have Lil' Salomon or AR tickets but now we get 14 Transient Stones by completing all the Item Collection Quests. Which is a fair bit more than what it used to be so that's something at least.

It was another one of those weird AR banners. Had 22 tickets saved, wanted Alp card, first ticket is a 5 star, boom Yoshito AR card dupe, nice. 5 tickets later, Alp card comes. Probably should have saved the rest of my tickets but I wanted at least one of the 4 stars (Robinson card) and the rest of the tickets were all 3 stars and offbanner 4s.
It seems like literally nobody bothered to roll on this AR banner either since they're all permas so I'm the only guy getting a +40% from my 2 cards I pulled (Surtr card and Alp card). Ah well.

I don't think we'd ever be ready for a Cthugha Skill Evolution even if they only slapped Cthugha with good old reliable Glint that with max Skill Seeds would make him 100% consistent in giving himself 16 Charge Points for every buff. But I think he could have gotten something considering we now have Mononobe, Jack Frost, and Oscar. As for Breke I think his permanent 4 star needs something more than his Nightglows version. His permanent version's kit is bare bones granted he was released in 2019 so it's not too surprising.

Ranzal certainly had some ups and downs I wasn't there for everything. I started at launch but has to quit because phone tried to explode while playing and had barley any storage left. I started back and quit in from May to June in 2019 but then came back and stayed right before Gala Chelle and managed to get Gala Ranzal and Valentine Melody shortly after and with Lowen and Louise that was my Wind team for a while then Curse of Nihility happened. I really hoped for Werewolf Ranzal to be a thing for 2022 after the disappointment of Child Ranzal and that Laxi got a Halloween alt for 2021. LifeWonders did not make me a liar as Chapter 16 has been announced and is scheduled to start releasing episodes on May 13th.

But before then after Maintenance tomorrow Chapter 15 will be available in other languages.

Of course they will be re-running chapter 15‘s banner starting tomorrow and will last until May 13th.

The odds of getting multipliers when using Experience Boosts are higher.

Day of the week quests will require only half of their usual stamina.

There will be the option to change the background music of the Home Screen. And the ability to turn off the background music while looking at a characters art and listening to their voice lines.

The Charge Skill evolution system teased during anniversary last year is scheduled to be implemented on May 9th.

There will be a damage calculation function showing the highest damage recorded of a quest. However this can only be used in Memory of the Last Century area in the Tower of Babel. This also will be added May 9th.

So a new character has been teased already. I shouldn't be surprised considering New Semester basically emptied NPC Jail. While he basically is Cerberus from Fortnite I was reminded of FEH's OC's from it's 3rd book Líf, Thrasir, and Hel because of the partial glowing see through body

But with Chapter 15 now in English and Chapter 16 less an a week away. I think it's a good time to talk about Chapter 7! As always any questions I ask are rhetorical unless I say otherwise

It was a good Chapter which apparently takes place around 3 days after Chapter 6 or Valentine Jail it's not 100% clear to me. I have thoughts about this and I will talk about soon. Shiro gets taken over by Yog-sothoth. We get told the Summoners can't drop out of the game we need to stay in it for some reason. Kirito's brief business with Snow in Chapter 3 gave the Genociders insider knowledge about the Berserkers which leads to their quick defeat. Macan's SA uses the lives he's eaten to heal himself as long as "that small jungle world exists". Not sure what world they mean there. Gates can connect to multiple worlds if they resonate with them. Roppongi 's Gate is in the sky so it connects to Eden Olympus and Mt. Panglai. I thought each Gate was for one world so that surprised me. The Gate under the Colosseum connects to the Old Ones and Azathoth uses it to bring Shadows over. But this seems to be their first time using the Gate so how did Babalon get the Shadows in Chapter 6? Constant use of an SA causes more memories of the previous owners to surface and can merge or take over the current owner if they don't have the same mental structure. Toji says merged memoires cant be separated like coffee with milk which I swear is a Xenoblade Chronicles 2 reference. Kirito tells Kengo the Genociders want to destroy "this Tokyo" to save the other 23 worlds from the game and have everything be taken away once a winner is crowned. Afterwards he gets a call from some "rich asshole".

Musashi debuts helping Shuichi and apparently Musashi and Duo are similar but it isn't explained. Shuichi says The Agents function as an Intelligence Force but it's a bluff they aren't really there they never have been. Shuichi only trusts Duo who is his half brother and wants him to win the game so nothing can happen to him. Shuichi lost most of his innate emotions in an experiment trying to connect them to his SA. Duo can create worlds with information Shuichi provides (putting a pin in this for later.) Episode 7 was just Chapter 4 with Nyarl and Maria talking and he was the one to replace their members with Shadows. Which if people can see where Guildmates are in the App plus Azazel's SA lets him see everything in their territory how could that happen? Nyarl being OP I guess. Nyarl says Azathoth created him with is raw orgasm. I swear to god that's actually what he says. But Aza is being dragged around by "that shiny Transient lead" and Maria then mentions how Nyarl hates Aza being controlled by that summoner. I guess they both mean Babalon. Maria mentions a world divided amongst itself isn't something her Maria wouldn't want (Poor Maria). But somehow she seems to get through to Nyarl and he start attacking Shadows that were going to shoot Maria also he has a 24 sided object (pin for later). Shino reappears apparently he allowed himself to be summoned and he died failing to protect his companion and his memories were scattered in nearby prayer beads. Here we learn Moritaka's full name and Shino says it's his name too. How did I forget his middle name was Shino?! I'm still a little confused about Shino like he's not Moritaka's Shadow but he's the same as him but not really. I think Chapter 8 clears it up so I'll wait and see.

We learn Tetsuox doesn't want to die alone and was about to before he was summoned. Him wanting suicide pacts make more twisted sense. But also I've noticed a lot of Transients get summoned to Tokyo just before/during/after something awful. Agyo, Tetsuox, Tadatomo, Kamui are examples of this. Arc makes their debut. We and Tetsu get taken away into a Gateway made by Yog. Apparently when a Transient Counterpart already exists of a summoned Shadow the App thinks it's the original but it bypasses summoning. Arc burns and chains us up and Macan is alive and smelled a "feisty one" earlier but he lost their scent. Kamui's lore of taking orphans in and raises them to be heroes gets brought up. They are to fight Shadows and be a hero fighting for the world of Kamui Kotan. Of course he eventually questions his Role of being in a pointless cycle and asks the Gleaming Blade for answers but he isn't its real owner and cant understand the memories in the blade he then screams for an answer skyward before being summoned to Tokyo. Then the attack on the colosseum starts with Maria getting an alliance with the Tycoons god she does so much and continues to be best girl. We fight Yog and Shino says Yog's head is actual Shiro's SA so he can be saved. We try to fight but can't seem to win and the Gleaming Blade shines and chooses us and we hear the voices of all the kids who died and they did not fight to solely be Heroes of the world or because they were given that Role but they fought for Kamui himself because he was apart of that world. Even if it's not what he believed that the blade chose heroes who fight for only the world he finally got his answer after all this time. We get Claude lore about wanting to be a princess in a bedtime story and that's when his mother changed. With Shuichi having a hidden ability along with Kamui's Rule we beat Yog but promise to save Aza. Kamui says he loves us and we all live happily ever after!...yeah no. Tokyo is ruins

There was a lot of lore both for story and characters. And I enjoyed it but it doesn't beat Chapter 4 as my favorite Chapter so far. I wish I could have finished it sooner/in one sitting but I got sick so the last couple of days I was mostly sleeping and read when I felt I could. Hopefully I can start and finish Clash of Floats tomorrow.

The biggest thing was Pillars were briefly mentioned by Yog in Episode 17 only saying there's 23 living pillars of the 23 worlds. And a pillars power is based on the masses not the individual. Ryota had a weird dream but that gets brushed aside and Claude apparently had a plan set in motion before the Genociders invaded but it's not explained. Unlike other App users We/MC don't have any previous owners memoires come from our SA even after using it so much.

Earlier today we received an update it includes the ability to change the home screen music, mute music while viewing character art and listening to their voice lines.

There is also a new area in the Tower of Babel called Past Century Memories. After a battle you can see the total time, number of turns, and the total damage dealt and by who during the results screen. There is currently only one Quest and they're no rewards for clearing the quest for the first time.

Charge Skill Evolution has been added! It only requires the character and Spell Tokens corresponding to their Attribute the cost is 15, 20, or 25 based on rarity. The CS keeps it's base effect but adds new ones. Characters can have different effects based on their rarity. These Quests do not have a battle and you get 10 Guild Alliance Certificates. (Honestly this could have treated like a standard Level/Limit Break instead of adding a new area in the main map)

Quests have been added for the following characters and their new CS effects. They're also featured in a new banner and it seems there will be a part 2 later

Oniwaka 3star Remove Buff from hit enemies. 5star Remove Buff from hit enemies. Inflict Break to hit enemies and those to the left and right of them

In terms of the evolutions themselves, they seem a bit underwhelming? Damage Reversal could be neat but I'm not sure if that'd be reliable enough on a CS.

I completely forgot about that I have over 35,000 in Shinjuku's alone.

Yeah they certainly feel that way. I might be biased but I think Maria is the "Winner" of this batch. Damage Reversal is a great for her to have making her even harder to take down. But having it on Charge and it only lasting 1 turn makes it more of a nice surprise. But I will say it seems I was thankfully wrong about them making the evolutions tied to Sacred Artifact levels. Housamo is one of the few Gachas that don't make getting multiple copies of a character basically mandatory it needs to stay that way.

I feel like that can be said about most Gacha games. The always have things planned/reserved eight steps in advance to keep the story going. And if you want to reread stuff go for it! But as you probably already know/remember they take a hot minute to read. For me most events take 2-3 hours while the Main Story Chapter 6 and 7 took me around 4 hours. Granted I also stop and take notes so my times could be notably shorter

Time for Clash of Floats

Nobuharu gets some spotlight after Chapter 5 and he wants to be someone people can rely on. Tajikarao debuts as well and apparently they both went to the same dojo in elementary school. But Taji is a Transient and Nobuharu is human whatever I throwing my hands up and blaming Tokyo's Transient School system.

Toji is now a Shinjuku Academy Student and not for long according to Ryota. We talk about the upcoming festival in Kabukicho but Shiro mentions we aren't on good terms with the Outlaws. Ryota says didn't MC team up with them recently? Which we can say I remember telling you that. Or When did I tell you that? But neither option provides info which makes me scream because I want as much continuity as possible. Lil' Salomon shows up again after who knows how long seriously I can't remember I know he wasn't in Ch.7. Apparently he's been busy and then leaves again. We meet Nobuharu and he remembers us from Ch.5 we get caught in a feud between the Outlaws and the police then meet Tajikarao and he says we smell like a troublemaker like one who terrorizes their village and causes their older sister to hid in a cave. I'm kind of remembering a few things from a certain River Adventure. Suzuka shows up we learn she doesn't want the festival to be open to the public but only to the Outlaws and people of Kabukicho while Tajikarao wants it to be public and the argument is causing tension between the Outlaws and the police. She wants to be the one people rely on not outsiders because people in power can make you lower your guard and use it against you. Tajikarao believes having everything out in the open is better for everyone so there are no secrets. Gyubo debuts he tells us a bit about how things are and says Kabukicho hasn't been the same in the past 10 years. Also I went back to choose the third option when meeting him and he says we must have been around the block a few times and he has eight lucky spots that we are more than welcome to play with. I don't even know what he even means by that also he's been alive for several hundred years. We learn Suzuka had it out for a swordmaster but they grew close but they were told to kill her she plunged herself into the Underworld but was transported to Tokyo. Again bad thing happen get sent to Tokyo.

We ask her about any problems and if it's because of the Genociders. Which she doesn't say anything specific which kills me. She then mentions Taji was apart of Kabukicho before joining the police. Also she mentions bombs but Gyubo stops her and it's never brought back up. We meet Hogen again and he remembers us from Chernobog's event and he gropes us and Nobuharu which he is a jr. high student btw and he tells Nobu its a greeting from the land of Wa which we tell him its not. Also he said he knew a woman just like Suzuka. Through a flashback with Taji we learn a bit more about the woman and the cave and how he/others fooled her to leave the cave because the world needed her but he was unable to meet her again then he was transported to Tokyo. So in order for people to rely on him he joined the police. He tells us a group of people are in the area but the victim doesn't want him to say anything and that's why he's been turning everything upside down at the festival ground and keep his actions a secret despite wanting to keep everything in the open. After not picking a side to support Nobuharu tells Suzuka and Tajikarao to fight him in a festival event Shrine racing and who ever wins gets their way and us apparently. We learn the suspicious people are apart of the Stray Transient Mafia and they kidnaped Nobuharu. The day of the race Suzuka shows up riding a motorcycle because it's fair game while her team carries the shrine. We get a call from Capo saying if we want Nobu back the Outlaws need to surrender all their Portals. Suzuka, Taji, Gyubo and us fight each other as a somewhat distraction because the mafia is watching us. Eventually Taji asks Suzuka if she trusts him at all and she realizes she never said she trusted the swordmaster and that's what she wished she could have done differently.

She then tells us one of her swords has it own Rule where its possesses info of all Worlds and can see things in her guild's area and she says just like a certain "fake priest". We find Nobu's location and use the Shrine race as a cover to break into the building. Nobu is beat up but alive but Capo puts a gun in-between Nobu's eyes but sees a younger version of himself in Nobu and doesn't shoot him. the few mafia members left are arrested but the rest of the bigshots are still at large. Suzuka tells Taji she trusted him. He realizes he was never told that before because he never showed people he was worthy of their trust just like how he fooled his friend out of the cave because the world needed her even if it wasn't in her best interest. We then learn the whole argument over the festival was because Suzuka and Taji couldn't decide who was better at playing the big festival drum. Later we attend the festival and Shino makes a cameo (continuity I swear to God please) along with Tetsuox and grab corn on the cob from a stall Barguest is working at. Nobu finds us and wants to spend time with us at the festival as a date but then Taji, Suzuka, Hogen and Gyobu also declare they want to spend time with us. Side note I just realized I misspelled Gyobu's name in my other posts oops.

Now it's time for WAGA TSUE YO! boy's story aka Desert Journey

This event was surprisingly long took me just under 4 hours to read but it didn't feel like a slog. Christine is telling us about a story then we are in front of the Roppongi tower There's a heat wave in Tokyo and Hakumen has repaired her casino after the events of Chapter 5 and invited us and our friends to her newly made resort called TSL. A few people debut Gyumao, Amatsumara, Thunderbird and Seth who sees us freaks out saying we should be died, fights us and causes a whirlwind and we are suddenly in a world of sand. Ganglie is buried and we dig him out and he remembers us from Ocean Adventure. Hanuman finds us and we keep walking get ambushed which Ganglie seen them before but didn't want to alarm us. He mentions he lead the armies of Heaven which is way more specific than being a general as he put it last time. Seth comes to the rescue we have a Team Rocket reference. We come to in a tent Seth wasn't the one to cause us to be in this world. Christine shows up in person and has a book that was given to her but doesn't explain anything else about it and it tells us what we need to go west to get to Tokyo. We then have to take the role of Sanzang, Ganglie is Zhu Bajie, Hanuman is Sun Wukong and Seth is the 3rd disciple but he turns down the name before it's said.

We go west find a town Ganglie noticed more bandits showing he's capable. We get asked to take care of their hideout we do and get a fest. Christine tell a part of a story of two brothers not by blood. Gyumao says Sanzang turned his bro against him, gave him a scar then killed him. We have a trial at a amusement park and Ama is called Dokkakuji and we fight him and he says Seth fights with no regard for his life. Hanuman manages to beat him but Seth wants him dead because that's how fights are meant to end and to show your strength. But we he show there's strength in kindness. We then go on a giant water slide to our next trail and learn Seth is scared of heights that he can't control. Christine tells more story the older bro believed strength was the only way to prove his worth and that he was accused of murder. We see Gyu in his lair and almost calls Hakumen his wife but she stops him. We learn Seth is an Oasis nerd which was cute. We see TBird as a mayor of a resort and Seth and Ganglie have a pick up contest but Seth sees something. Later after some Shenanigans it's late and we bump into Seth and he's talking to himself and we are in the desert again and find Another Seth who calls us Ruler of a Patchwork world and an exile. Tbird comes in saves us and puts a dream catcher on Seth and says we remind him of an old friend and we then wake up from the dream. We make it to Gyu's lair and beat him and turns out this was an attraction at TSL but it's only been 3 hours to them but to us it's been 4 days. Then the other Seth shows up and it's actually his Shadow and Seth seeing us at the start is what trigger his repressed memories. We learn from Shadow Seth if Seth dies his only way of resurrection is through us...somehow. We get away with everyone and figure out we are in a Collided World and it's spreading which explains the time difference between both groups. Seth is the key to the CW but he tells us he isn't Seth but his brother Ash

We then learn from Christine's narrating that the real Seth was Older brother and Ash was the younger one in the story. They looked similar and again mention how they weren't blood related. But their bond was broken when the Pharaoh was murdered everyone blamed Seth but he never defended himself despite being innocent and eventually the people forced Ash to vote in favor of Seth to be Exiled from his world. Ash then learned everything was set up and the nobles just wanted the throne he then turned his back on the entire world and himself. Xolotl tell Ash that he too abandoned a sibling in his home world and cried so much his eyes washed out of his skull but despite that he wants to be stronger even when he's scared. This gives Ash the courage to help us fight his Shadow. We beat it and he embraces his brothers name uses it instead of Ash but that is still apart of himself. He then disappears into light we ask if we will see him again and he says of course we are brothers after all and the CW goes away along with him. We wake up with a similar dream catcher from before on us and everyone seems not to remember anything and we join everyone at the pool but we bump into Seth. He reflects on having learned the strength of kindness from Hanuman, to keep trying from your mistakes from Ganglie. And to persevere for your ideals from Gyumao. As always I liked it. Seth praising Ganglie just for him to immediately take it back multiple times was funny.

It was a fun one. The interactions with Tadatomo are probably what I enjoyed the most, despite a good chunk of the event centering around Aizen. I think you'd like it, especially if you can read his Special Quest from it too. And yeah, there isn't any strict requirement before reading it, just Chapter 6 is somewhat relevant like the other anon said. I also recall Sitri showing up but as long as you're aware he's from the previous Valentines event, Valentine Panic, you don't necessarily need to have read it.

Time for Unfurl the Sails! A Golden Treasure Ship!

This was a out there event? I wasn't expecting it to be battle of the bands but considering the character alts I shouldn't have been surprised. Despite that they throw a bit at us. There's treasure in the ocean and we go to investigate and Toji surprised me making up an excuse for us so we could go alone. We learn Lil' Salomon can't show up if we are in a Battle Zone. We meet Ebisu and meet Benten again and she remember us from Ocean Adventure. Her and Ebisu are part of the 7 lucky gods. Also she beats up a thief and records it for views which just feels like it's present day irl. Other gods include Bishamon, Fukurokuju and Daikokuten (yep not suspicious at all). We agree to help Ebisu look for the treasure and the gang from Ocean Adventure is back. There must be a Ganglie dev with him being in two event back to back. He even mentions he wasn't expecting to see us so soon. Sadly Ahab didn't show up he has a white whale to catch. Fenrir and Ifrit were scouted by Benten. Typhon is back after disappearing into light at the end of OA he was sent back to Tokyo. Fenrir is very theatrical very Owain from Fire Emblem Awakening.

Despite being in his basically ideal set up Ganglie wants to leave also they fed him bacon. Is that cannibalism? We then learn the ocean is Aegir's spouse named Ran. (again with marrying the ocean I'd have two nickels by now) we lean about Ifrits distrust in people after he was put back into the jar that the same fisherman freed him from. Ebisu hates expectations and was thrown into the ocean as a baby because of he failed to live up to his parents. Ran and Aegir wished for things to stay the same but Ran realized that can't happen so she gave her body and mind to the Ocean which was her SA so she is now kinda immortal/stays the same since the SA now has her memories which works because a Role doesn't need a person to fulfil it but rather a System to carry it out and the ocean became its own System. We save Ganglie and Makara and fight the DOTW and Aegir

Everyone changes into their swimsuits expect Ahab (curse you gamma jail). Ebisu overcomes his doubts and gets a another SA the Sails of Sublimation which are 1/7th of the treasure ship. Aegir hates how Loki tells that the world is created and destroyed endlessly. And that Pillars only remember what remains (That has to be foreshadowing!). He asks what's the point of moving through life repeating everything with now change. Benten says even if things are seem pointless those experiences will shape her future bit by bit. We beat Aegir and he starts to fade into light but the last of Ran's memories day she become the ocean to keep Aegir from leaving and now its goodbye. He says this isn't the end in this endlessly repeating time (again has to be foreshadowing). He then disappears and we start to head home. In the Epilogue Mononobe takes Triton and Jinn somewhere but it's booked and they mention how Mononobe looked confused when he saw the waiter but doesn't seem to mention who the waiter was. We have a party with the crew and Aegir is randomly there and now he works at the Marine Academy now thanks to Ahab. Everyone has a good time and Ebisu is ready to tackle the future. Again this was an out there event but I liked it. I was prepared for Eita's shenanigans be he didn't have too much time but when we was on screen was good he grew up a bit from Ocean Adventure. Also again Ganglie proves useful and dare I say more useful than in Desert Journey. But talking about the weight of expectations from others. The desire to keep things the same because it's comfortable. The desire to keep moving forward in life. Were not what you'd expect to hear from an event that's battle of the bands swimsuit edition./spoiler]

What they say in each dialogue is the same as far as I can tell, but in each different voice you can choose with slightly different deliveries.

It took me a sec but I remember now. I had mentioned first reading Ch. 6 in one of the classes I had for that day and young Ophion's forwardness made me flustered so I stopped reading and waited until I left campus. I guess the way I worded it back then made it seem like I was still in college. And speaking of flustered I read Ahab's Special Quest from Treasure Ship and god the first set if options killed me along with beef sausage and the fabled kabedon.

Yep Typhon and the Black Storm in OA. And Typhon, Aegir was using the memories Ran got from people who fell into the Ocean. Fenrir also did the same thing as Aegir but it was his ropes that used the memories. Also I realize 3 of the 4 summer events at that point in time feature characters becoming giant. Gyumao did the same in Desert Journey.

I used 10 Lil' Salomon Tickets and got Hoover's 3 star and Onyankopon's 3 and 4 star. I am slightly tempted to try some more so I can see if I join the Divine Unit club. There was also a bug fix that prevented new players from finishing the tutorial if they summoned Future Hero from the tutorial summon.

The second batch of Charge Skill Evolutions have been added. The addtional effects are as follows

Snow 3 star- Grant Adamantine to self. 5 star- Remove Buff from hit enemies now removes all Buffs from hit enemies, Grant Adamantine to self and allies 1 space around self.

Chernobog 3 star- Increase own CP up to 10 points. 5 star- Countdown can now be inflicted to enemies that are two spaces behind hit enemies, Decrease HP of hit enemies up to 800 and Chernobog will recover HP by the same amount from each enemy, Increases own CP up to 10 points.

Shiro 3 star- Increase CP of allies directly adjacent to self up to 10 points. 4 star- Inflict Confusion to hit enemies, Increase CP of allies directly adjacent to self up to 10 points.

As for tips here's some things I tell everyone who are just first starting out but you may already know most/all of this so sorry if it's not too helpful.

You get a 5star ticket after finishing Chapter 1 it includes characters up to Shamash. Really you can choose whoever you want. If you use it on Cthugha find someone with Leanan Sidhe as a support for the old but still good combo. But finding someone with Mononobe as a support is technically the better way to go to trivialize content.

Standard Skill Evolutions give a Transient Stone after completing them so you can do those for some easy Stones when you get certain characters.

In Andvari's Shop use your Rainbow Shards to get a copy of the AR Cards Revere Thy Teachers and Over the Fields of Study (used to be called In this place of Education) to make mid/late game level grinding easier during Dungeon Quests. Also you need to get every copy of an AR card to increase it's effects so get one copy at first then wait until you have enough Rainbow Shards to get the rest of the copies all at once further down the line with Revere Thy Teachers being more of a priority.

The AR Card Written in the Here and Now is good for getting extra Rank Exp so you can get more team cost and friend list slots quicker. Over the Fields of Study also increases Rank Exp.

Also in Andvari's Shop getting Lil' Salomon Tickets are technically better than getting Transient Stones.

Don't worry about summoning for AR cards they're nice but not mandatory just save tickets for limited card banners to help item grinding during event reruns.

Chapter 8 the end of Book 1 is finished took me 6 hours of reading and 12 front and back pages worth of notes!

We have a flash back before the events of Chapter 7 and apparently graduation is around the corner. We learn about the Transient Act and it gave Transients almost equal rights to humans. Shiro agrees with it but Toji doesn't saying rights should have been slowly given. Transients and non locals need to reapply for a living permit every so often. We go to a food fest but see small walls being built by regular people to separate them from Transients Toji used to feel the same but doesn't anymore. Mononobe is at the food fest and Transients start attacking people we save Mononobe by using the App but he wants to see us after class the next day. He tells us he knows of the App from students and he doesn't want us getting blinded by the power he have in that small world and how there's more to life. Then back to present day Transients are using their SA's without the App and are killing Tokyo Locals. I'm confused about the timing of this because in Chapter 7 it seemed like we walk out of the Colosseum and everything is destroyed but later it's said that it's been a few days. Regardless at some points App users where able to use their SA's without the App then all phone service is lost. People start rumors then people start killing each other. We get to Shinjuku Academy find Mononobe and he says many students are in a cellar but Arc shows up and chains everyone up and was tasked by Babalon to capture everyone close to us. Kirito shows up and it's two on one until Moritaka shows up. We learn that Babalon can withstand the flood of time and she has seen here own death countless times. She will always try to ensure the safety of those who she call her children. She then teleports to Shinjuku Academy tells us everything is preordained and in small enclosed spaces faith and belief can become the truth if it's the majority.

We then realize the wall of Tokyo makes Tokyo an enclosed space destroy it then everything will go back to normal. But no one has been able to even dent it unless they win the game and become omnipotent. However Babalon says we can't win the Game due to Role and Rule it's preordained since we were born. Then Shino and Suzuku save us and Babalon along with Surtr who had Kengo. We learn that Arc is the only survivor of Fujimi Academy which was run by a cult and where experiments were done on humans and Transients. Suzuka and others tore it down but were labeled as criminals. Tadatomo finds us and takes us to Licht but in a flashback Kotaro says the Agents are disbanded and are waiting for someone to take over. Licht talks about the events of Ch. 7 and says it was a few days ago. Shuichi looks at a wall in Shinjuku saying its the work of ---- and the one who took Duo is ----- from the east. Shiro finds Shuichi and they both head to Uneo. Marchosias says the people who are chasing him are the same as those involved at Fujimi. The Beast tamers have a buddy system where two students live together but it's true purpose is to protect researchers like Lieb and Cu Sith is his Bodyguard and if he turns on Leib he can easily kill Cu Sith instead by using his SA this is true for all pairings where the researcher can overpower the bodyguard who could be dangerous. Like a certain scaly biohazard and his obsessed feline "friend" hence their guild name Beast Tamers. We learn Arc was happy at the academy with the other Genociders. Kirito was abandoned by his parents. At Licht's safe house Moritaka tells use his family was slowly killed and he wants strength that could have prevented their deaths. He also viewed his actual dog Yoshiro like a second father. We also learn Tadatomo is a daddy's boy. March tells us he was banished from Eden for helping Shaytan and depending on how you frame things can be a blessing or a curse.

Azathoth invades the Missionaries and shows them all the times they died. Maria surprises Nyarlatheotep with her resolve after knowing the truth. Arsalan's okay and recounts how the Guild Master doesn't fight with his SA and tells others to due the same. And it's retold that Maria is the acting GM. As we get closer to the Genociders Aza sends us to another plane and shows us all of our memories of dying. And then Shiro shares info about Yog to Leib and states the Game has been in a time loop countless times. Exceptions can break the Game and were excluded by the Game Masters. Shuichi says our Summoning emblems protect us from small time loops like in battle zones. We learn SA's that are World Pillars can keep their owners memories after Loops. Leib says the Game ends and resets after a Victor is crowned or if an Exception kills everyone. Aza's Throne records every Loop. We've been killed by our friends in many Loops Moritaka remember cutting us open and Tadatomo remembers the smell of our chard flesh. Thanks to Aza giving us past memories we also now have memories from our SA's past owners. We get Shino lore how he married his wife and recap how he failed to protect her and never touched her and how in his death his memories where scattered into 8 beads and what was left was sent to the Void. Shino stops Aza's Mouth of Madness and it blows up and Shino sacrifices himself for Tada and Mori. (It was a bit too sudden if you ask me) We then learn his real name is Yatsufusa and He's basically tada and Mori's spiritual father and tells us to keep trying laugh at your mistakes and even if it's hard forgive people. Then he disappears into light and leaves through the nearest Gate. (Kinda anti climatic considering Ch.16 seems to have brought him back. Also if he was a Shadow and not summoned through normal means then he shouldn't have been able to leave through a Gate. I'm going to remember this). We get Surtr lore. Yggdrasil has it's own Loop.

But it's unclear how that's the case. Surtr questions the cycle and how his children will never know peace. Then a Black Gate appears and a voice says they have the answer. He steps into the Gate and is in Tokyo. Also Thor sacrificed himself and the Exile of Ygg is Freyr which makes since due to Aegir alluding to that. We make it to the Geno Guild and Surtr fights us and we almost die but the Berserkers save us even though they are disqualified from the Game Claude and foreseen this and had planned for it. Ose is back and talks to someone saying I'm working in this Wall of yours. We learn the Summoner of Azathoth is the alive kinda he's like in suspended animation and is the other kid in his art. Babalon says in her world Men defile women and the defiled are killed by angels but they don't kill her but her unborn child which we apparently have the soul of as she calls us her True Child. When she came to Tokyo and seen the silhouettes of angles beyond the Wall she vowed to ruin their Game as revenge. Then through Arc's flashback Fujimi used a prototype of the App and the teachers gave the students powers but they were forced to kill each other. (its not explained how they were able to give the students powers or create App.) But the experiment stopped and someone took the data and Lieb thinks whoever took that Data made the current App. He also says the BT are going independent and want to use someone's Role and Rule to save humanity. Babalon killed all the other survivors except Arc. The Game Masters haven't stopped anything yet due to trying to create a certain phenomena. We learn through context that Arc bears the SA and Memories of Joan of Arc. We learn the Fujimi incident was started to try to witness immortality through Memory Inheritance which is what the SA's do. We fight Babalon and she stabs herself with our sword Arc see her bleeding and they fight us and we cause an Exception which as others chained to it.

Outside a random girl starts to stab Babalon but Arc jumps in the way gets stabbed and dies. Then Oniwaka, Zab, and Ophion return. Shiro shows up and saves Arc's life through his SA and Aza's powers and Nyarl is jealous of how close Arc and Aza are. We have to stop all the Exceptions all at once and Aza multiples us. We stop them and say good bye to Ophion (Who basically French kisses us during the apocalypse) and the others as they fade to light. Azazel and Mineaki say people's ideal God is a slave, a System that does what it's told and says a valiant Warrior from Eden is behind all of this. Kirito says he can't win the game and will see the one he hates the most and the one he loves the most. Also even if he is being manipulated it goes both ways. We learn about Akashic Records (AR Cards) which memories are stored. The child March is protecting was also a survivor from Fujimi and Arc was the one who saved them. After the Exceptions are gone everything reverts back to before the riots and then Michael and Amaterasu debut. They mention target data being acquired and the wall Duo made around Shinjuku is down and this time next year all 23 wards will fight. All the world Reps want to kill us since we have the souls of the Exiles. And we learn that we have an Exception it's been around since the beginning Michael also mentions a hexagram. And Duo joins Michael and Amaterasu because it's easier than being with Shuichi. Surtr and Babalon attack while we all escape but they die. Algernon debuts and we learn Nomad is from Utopia and was prototype experiment from "Mother" and Algernon is the upgrade and is capable of Time Travel. Mononobe summons Lil' Salomon who calls Mononobe father and he has a Hexagram on his right hand and he says this is the beginning. (That I remembered but I misremembered Mononobe has a hexagram I thought it was our/MC's star emblem.)

Also I wanted to mention my favorite and least favorite events, rank the Main Story Chapters as well as use the character sorter as a pseudo tier list for every Book 1 character based on how I like the character based on their appearances in the Main Story and Events. For the most part it's accurate.

Favorite Event
I really liked all the events but I'd say Sea Side Summer School mainly because it was a happier time, the character interactions were nice, and the pacing was good in my opinion.

Desert Journey and Valentine Panic are also high on my list.

Least Favorite
New Year's With Lil' Salomon
This feels like a cop out since it's not officially translated but nothing really happened and it was kinda seemingly retconned.

But if I had to choose another event as a non cop out answer It would be Black Snow on The Hot Spring Mountains.
There were too many characters and the pacing was slow because of it and felt like a slog to read. But I really loved the dynamic between Kamui and Chernobog.

My favorite Chapters

Chapter 4 The themes in the Chapter, Maria's backstory and her as character are just wonderful.
Chapter 8 The pacing at the end was a low point that lowered it for me.
Chapter 7 and Chapter 6 are both really good I can't choose which would be 3rd place.
Chapter 3 It's where the story picks up. Not has much as the later ones bit still solid.
Chapter 5 It was a short one and not every Chapter needs to be super high stakes but compared to the others its weaker.
Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are my least favorite mainly because Chapter 1 is a two part info dump and then pacing of Chapter 2 was really fast then about the last three sections of info dumping. They both could have been one Chapter.

Sorry for spamming/rambling! Chapter 8 was a lot but I'm excited to finally finish Book 1. I've enjoyed the Story and Events so far and wanted to share my thoughts. But I'm done rambling for now.

If I'm understanding correctly Eden has two Pillars The Tree of Life and The Tree of Knowledge. She ate fruit from one of them and even after her banishment she has memories of Eden. Michael even says she does not possess a legitimate WP. So I guess she became a pseudo World Pillar. Which reminds me Ophion mentions his broken fang that's in the ground in Olympus is a WP

That makes a bit more sense. Moritaka said Yoshiro and him were raised as siblings but at times Yoshiro felt like a 2nd father. He also talks about how he is a Canine Therian not a dog and felt it was an insult to be called one. Then he realizes he could be insulting Yoshiro by saying that.

I remember we talked about how Yule wasn't the most liked character. But I felt like he was human in having doubts about himself even after his event. People can have moments of regression in their life sometimes no one is perfect.

Arc I feel really bad for. Losing your real and found family. Being one of two survivors, bearing the full force of someone else's memories and somehow retaining your sense of self. They didn't have a somewhat safety net like the finished App.

Ganglie does have his moments like I said were the bar is practically underground but he really does pull through and I like that.

I say that because we can say hey I remember you from New years to Garmr in Ch3. he doesn't remember and Kyuma says the same thing in Valentine Panic. We don't even get the option when we see Gandharva in Ch.5. That's why I think it is somewhat retconned or a hint towards Loops if they thought that far ahead. If they did then how could we remember NY if it was a hypothetical different loop?

Also I can finally say this my theory/headcanon is that most events in Book 1 happen in the current Loop and are canon. There are times Events are brought up in the Main Story and vice versa. Of course it could be from a very similar Loop or game flavor text. And things like the timing of the events after Ch. 7 and Durga's event are not clear so they could be different Loop. Oniwaka, Zab, and Ophion are technically gone from Tokyo even Arsalan tells Zab in Ch. 8 something like I've wanted to fight by your side again despite Zab being in summer and Halloween. But I still want to believe my headcanon

Same here, I almost envy how tolerant characters in Housamo can be sometimes. At least Shino didn't seem keen on giving up without a fight.
Even in Hakkenden, Yatsufusa was pretty insistent on having his master keep his word after being strung along long enough. Though some of that was definitely part of the curse put on him and his master's clan.

Now that I've read your examples, it does sound inconsistent. My only guess is that maybe they didn't have as strict of a direction regarding loops early on which allowed them to write some more "dubiously canon" choices.

Mostly to unlock the character's Date Quest, in my opinion. You get a Transient Stone if it's your first time clearing them.
If they don't have a DQ yet you can still listen to their love lines whenever you want, and characters in love can also get a minor regen buff whenever they or their love target move next to each other during battles.
Oh, and you can also make a harem of every character you like and make the game lag like hell whenever you open the relationship panel. No gameplay function, just for personal enrichment.

I read or I guess listened to the 2nd Anniversary Quest it was nice but super short it was only 3-5 minutes to go through all the options. Where last years Anniversary it was about 10+ minutes. Also Licht sounded different in this than in the Peaceful Day AR Card and I thought a VA change happened. Apparently not and I learned Licht, Claude, and Snow are voiced by the same person. Same with Maria and Gabriel.

Yeah it kinda gets that way around the first Halloween event and the Ch.6 preview since they both feature Alice. NY with Agyo is really the last guaranteed connected event because Xolotl mentions that Hakumen is still missing so that happens before Ch.6. But after Ch.6/Valentine Jail is when the timeline gets murky even though Kengo and Sitri bring up Valentine Panic. Ch.7 mentions "after the events at Roppongi Tower" which could be VJ but probably means Ch.6.

Also I double checked Sea Side Summer School. The start of prologue part 2 Zab says it's good to meet you all again. And he apologizes for the trouble he caused last time which was in Ch. 4. But it seems Ch.8 retconned that since he and the other two were summoned/appear out of nowhere then disappear after the Exceptions were dealt with. Which is stupid Ophion should have stayed. But at this point it really doesn't matter since there's evidence for the events being "Main Loop Canon" and "Not Main Loop Canon" so my headcanon still has some weight to it but I wish it was clearer for my sanity. Also Events at this point are almost certainly from a different Loop.

I've noticed the same thing with a few other characters. I'm sure sometimes it's intentional based on the event's tone, but I feel like that's not the only factor in a few other cases. Like, Fashionista Tsath's pitch is very different from his standard version and I'm pretty sure making his voice distinct enough from Amatsumara (same VA) had something to do with it. Kinda funny how despite all that, Maria/Gabriel and Claude/Snow still got ARs where they directly talk to themselves.

Well, I can at least say it won't be the last time the concept gets brought up so you'll definitely learn more as you read. Though unfortunately a portion of that may really just be early game weirdness. You could treat it as if something very close to MQ/Events happened between them but not quite the same.

There was a small update today which added two new Refrain Quests in the Tower of Babel. Along with a new buff- Resistance which is Def up by 0.01x for 7 turns and is irremovable. I'm assuming this is only for enemies in the new Refrain Quests.

I did not know they had the same voice actor but after hearing them in game I'm surprised I didn't catch it sooner. But yeah there is a difference between Tsathoggua's permanent and Summer versions.

I got that impression he takes things seriously and has more morals than the researchers involved in the experiments at Fujimi. Even if he feels like a hypocrite since he says he used small animals for his own experiments.. Granted being able to Uno reverse injuries and death between two people/things would need to be serious with an overpowered ability. Then again I feel like most Sacred Artifacts could be considered Overpowered. While I don't know much about Koshchei it would be interesting to have him and Leib interact and throw in Maria too since her Sacred Artifact is also similar to theirs.

Housamo is a bit more generous. Unless I'm mistaken say if you started a new login streak at the start of a month, play every day, and get all 10 Lil' Salomon Tickets from Andvari's shop you should get around 191 stone equivalent after 60 days. If there is a new event during that time then add 13 more tickets and an average of 14 Story Stones and 14 Stones from the Item Collection Quests then its about another 93 stone equivalent. Then if you get a 50/100 login day bonus add another 10/20 stones. So in theory it's about 200 to 300 stone equivalent in 60 days. I think we get about half in LiveAHero.

You'd need to save up for like 5 months while clearing all the content that comes out in that time and using all your ap to build up a 300 rolls pity, I've done so twice myself but I can see why some players would think it impossible. By that same token I cannot see myself ever saving up for a Housamo pity at the rate I like to roll for characters, but I don't find that an issue since I've gotten most of the guys I've wanted so far.

The game has a pity now but does its pity point's carry over like Nikke or will it change to points for the next banner like blue archive?

The points are per banner, they don't carry over. Once the banner expires any points you haven't spent yet get converted into the currency in picrel that you can trade in for tickets.
