I wish there was a way to give pregnant status long-term in AIRL instead of having to just manually write it in the descriptions and then re-write it after they give birth. Oh well, the monstergirl harem is working out well with the modified prompts. I find a monstergirl, get an epic quest which usually involves helping her out with a problem and always ends with knocking her up. 12 of them gathered back at my ranch, two births with four babies in the nursery so far (one siren baby, one litter of wolfgirl pups)
