Alright, basically, the setting of 3H has Demonic Beasts that manifest when humans try to wield certain weapons but lack the ability to control their power. The transformation is fairly symbiote-esque (vid related).

Marianne's main character quirk is that she's afraid the same will happen to her. It doesn't in-game, but I love the what-if idea behind it. Seeing the attached pic in FE Heroes for Edelgard where her own giant monster form has a compact partial-TF for when not fighting gave me the same idea for Marianne, just less scaly and more slick like a Marvel symbiote is.
God, I put way too much thought into what is otherwise just me indulging in forcing a fetish on a favorite unrelated character.
