sounds like a decent tradeoff to me
higher prompt sensitivity and gacha factor in exchange for a higher skill ceiling and more unique outputs
from my local only experience, consistent body horror for a certain prompt usually points to there being conflicting tags (either in pose, perspective or focus tags, or a combination) but it can be really hard figuring out what causes it sometimes, and some poses are just inherently more unstable than others which is why stable (read: sloppy) models tend to go for the same pose every time. I'd still take 100 mangled flesh abominations and 1 kino over 101 damnations which all look perfectly coherent in exactly the same way
