Tsukino Mito uploaded a video documenting her visit to three of Japan's "Hihokan"—a type of quirky, retro sex museum.

Initially, the director of one of the featured museums, the Yashio Hihokan, responded positively to the video. However, he later announced a ban on her agency, Nijisanji, from the premises, expressing anger over an email he received from her manager.

The director listed the following issues regarding their visit:

Showing up suddenly without an appointment.
Not getting official permission to film.
Their true purpose of filming was only exposed when questioned.
Making covert audio recordings.
Using the voice of another visitor who happened to be there, without permission.
A series of condescending and rude behaviors from the manager.
