I'll change sticks to cl30.
This 7700 did not have a cooler with it, I guess that explains the price, I'll check out the phantom spirit 120.
As for the gpu... I just noticed Palit GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GamingPro-S went to sale at about the same price as that Inno3d version. Maybe that version would be a safer bet?
