Except this isn't, and none of them are, remotely sliver-esque. Sliver buffs say SLIVERS GET, notably ALL slivers, including your opponents and notably not your non sliver creatures. Is this also a sliver card? These are just buffs, not even lord effects cause again, there is no type specified.
