You had to win the challenge to get the skin. The challenge has already ended. Free challenge skins always come back anyways. So it will probably come back later for bling.

Make sure to check the skin in the catalog too for it's price. They like to trick new players into thinking they HAVE to spend gems to get a skin when it's just gems for early access.
