No one would consider the idea of such a city utopian. If only the means and good will could be found! But if one were to say that a certain Abode of Knowledge does exist, a multitude of doubts and denials would come tumbling out. And if to the word science one were to add the word Brotherhood, it will certainly be said that such a chemical combination is impossible. But who has said that science and Brotherhood are incompatible?

Precisely, Brotherhood is founded on knowledge. True science lives through brotherly communion - such is the Covenant of Brotherhood.
