It's an MMO with good systems but terrible instanced content variety and dogshit story. Balancing is whatever but at least a lot of more stuff are viable now (unless you play minions lmao). I hate it but also have 16k hours of doing daily casual PVEasy content for easy golds. Probably my last MMO ever and if it dies I'll just drop MMOs altogether.
