Slaanesh will never have a character like Lorgar, Perturabo or Magnus that actually gets a real, genuine character arc and shows a reflection of the vices their god represents. Fulgrim is literally just "lmao possessed by demon sword!", it's so badly written and executed it's laughable. He doesn't have any exploration of the supposed themes of Slaanesh outside of MAYBE being too self absorbed, and I already pointed out that's the only trait Slaanesh characters ever get, narcissism, and even that isn't really explored in any interesting or fun way. Garbage god with garbage characters.
