Dude, even more people are playing solo or just straight up single player. And they just use holy fire. You want to hit level 25 before going to A5 because of level difference killing your exp gain there, so if you kill Izual and hit 25 in A4, you have 28 skill points. Easily puts you at 200+ pulse with some basic +2 holy fire scepter, so not far off from the 250+ the other anon mentioned earlier if you find something else for +1 skill, actually get +3 scepter with more shop camping, or just get a couple more levels. Either way it's enough to just zoom through.
