yes it is, and it looks like shit. the twitter comments are too kind. the animatronic is not impressive especially compared to the movement and look of the frankensteins and death eaters

they recreated his voice using AI and did a terrible job. so not only does it not look like him it doesnt even sound like him, or a natural human for that matter.
