Its over...it's finally over.
Spanked the welsh sheep fuckers 74 - 36.
Thise two civs were the most fun decks so far among the classics and legends civilizations.
The Arthurians garissoning knights to then abandon them for payoffs created these neat recursive combos and gaining new cards via completed quests, while the Atlanteans start the game as an Empire (unlocking all those sweet Civilized market cards) and had to sink region cards in order to acquire more goodies. The game ended with 12 cards in my sunken pile, taking a whole lot of bodies to the bottom of the sea (including several tributaries, rip Phoenicians and Persians).
I think the Athurian problem is once you complete all your quests (ending with the grail), you are supposed to play grail and trigger game end. They dont have a lot of ways after that to score new points, meanwhile the Atlanteans had many bonus actions and gobbled up market cards or generated tons more resources to fuel their x [pop/resources] / VPs cards. Instead they faffed around for a turn or two longer than they should have, not realizing: this was it, you peaked.

Gotta say, despite its flaws, this game is a ton of fun.
