Just like skinny jeans nobody wore JNCO and baggy jeans in the 2000s besides a couple of subcultures. The majority wore bootcut and straight leg jeans. Slim fit by the end of 2000s was also a modification of bootcut jeans (slim in the thighs, flaring out down the knees). But instead of a pronounced flare, slim fit modified bootcut to have a much more subtle flare.
