NTA but it's no doubt a majority thing. I can count the properly working UE5 games on one hand. And this is on a 4080 and overall good hardware. Every other game has the same micro stuttering and texture pop-in. And a few other issues some games had but others didn't. Smearing, weird lighting, samey looking games, dead and unreactive gamespaces, ...
No doubt devs can work it away but the engine breeds laziness.
