2. it's the first speed card to have a BIG priority boost to where it spawns. Sweep Tosho SR MLB has 50% boosted priority for showing up on Speed, compared to Kitasan Black which has 80% (or 100% through a hidden 20% bonus iirc).
3. It's not actually that broken, people are exaggerating like hell. Sweep Tosho is an SR like I was saying, and in the calculator JP autists use to calculate value of a card it scores 17884 points vs Kitasan Black's 17918 points. The MLB welfare card from the last event scores 17766 points. For reference the best speed card in the meta for JP scores 18809 points.
Ideally you do want Kitasan Black because for several months it will be "the best", but we're talking about maybe like 2% better to run it than to run something else. If your best speed cards are the welfare and Sweep Tosho which are going to be on most accounts, then you just borrow a whale's Kitasan Black.
