that sounds awful. this one already took over half an hour because of his high HP relative to my damage. and he hit like a truck despite me having a full set of the highest defense gear available, the max hp buff... more hp and more damage doesn't sound fun at all.

I think that it would have gone faster if I used the defender gear. I put it away since you guys called it cheating, but honestly the fight was miserable. It feels like there's no winning, I'm doing everything, using consumables, upgrading armor, upgrading my weapon... as far as consumables, I've been growing them on the tree and it should be quasi-sustainable but I really wish I had two more slots in the tree if the rest of the monsters are going to need meds. otherwise i'll need to start going out just to pick mushrooms. The main problem is that I don't really have any way to gear up. The better gear is locked behind harder monsters which need better gear... kinda discouraging to think about. I guess I'm in a bit of a negative mood after that fight. I wouldn't say I enjoyed it.
Hopefully this next one has some handler kino to lift my mood.
