But it's fun. Eldar are a mysterious race, so how would even a Rogue Trader know that much about them? He sees two, tall people with pointy ears and goes "yup, they're both Eldar". He doesn't know they're suppose to poop pearls, all have psychic powers, etc. He wanted a sexual fantasy and got sold a sexual fantasy. But it's still just a fantasy. Maybe when he finds out he can track down the seller and in compensation he's promised a real Eldar. He's then delivered one wrapped like Hannibal Lecter. It's an Eldar alright, just not the craftworld kind he was probably thinking about. Emperor forbid he actually tries to undo the binds and take it out for a test drive.
