Apologies if this has been asked before but I’m new to gear in general and still learning.

Im making a FSB kit and I can’t find the real ones for a reasonable price, if I get this will standard plates and groin and neck Kevlar insert padding fit in this? Or do I need the very proprietary and unobtanium real inserts?
