I've always like Joesph well enough but I think the writers knew exactly why people like Joesph. Seeing him be a little Dale Gribble is so charming. Like when Hank and Bobby are competing in the beer brewing thing, both Dale and Joesph both do seperate yet similar plans to rig it in their friend's favour. And during the event they're shouting insults at each other's team—but when the cops come they drop it and it really is just father and son against the world
