The grind isn't the problem. It's the problem they don't give you alternatives. There are a few cool guns and archetypes they toss around to the player but the vast majority of the following are nowhere to be seen properly in new gear options.
>Slew of strong Kinetic specials
>Every single area denial frame.
>Strong assortment of raid/dungeon legendaries
>Infinitely better assortment of glaives and swords
>Wave/Breach Grenade Launchers.
And the list obviously continues. No amount of Mint Retrogrades will save the fact that the launch roster for EoF's guns are piss weak. Even if you factor in the raid guns.
