We're guaranteed a main season pass (4 DLCs) and 2 additional playable characters, alongside 2 additional probably smaller DLC zones either related to each new character or just more content in general. These will be bundled up in a purchaseable Vault Hunter Pack, which is acting as a 2nd Season Pass, they'll probably tack on some extra shit to make it "worthwhile" and charge more.

1 skin (can be applied to any character), 1 weapon skin, 1 Echo bot skin.
>Firehawk's Fury
1 weapon skin.
>Bounty Pack
Season Pass with 4 DLCs and 4 battle passes (permanently available).
They list off extra line items to make it look more substantial than it is with stuff like "more weapons and vehicles!" when that shit is expected just by saying it's a bunch of significant DLC packs.
For some reason, they call these DLC areas "unique areas."

Alt character bodies for each of the 4 playable characters, 4 heads, 4 skins (1 per character, but the colors can be used on anyone assuming it works like 3).

2 new characters, each of which will be bundled with a smaller DLC area.
More pointless fluff one would expect just from saying there are DLC areas.
For some reason, they call these DLC areas "Story Packs."
Just like all big publishers, they love obfuscating this information and making it unclear what you're actually getting.
