Only the broadest sense and only after years of foot dragging by corporations bribing politicians to stop it from happening.
Unions need to be setting up tents in front of non-union shops and actively helping workers to unionize and they need to be passing out fliers for mass rallies, etc. Instead, they do fuck all as overall union membership continues to decline.
