I'm a yuro so I don't know too much about usa natives but incas/andeans are pretty distinct from the classic mesoamerican look. Square shields, copper axes, maces and halberds instead of obsidian macahuitls, the animal skin wearing isn't really a thing, etc.
Still some shared elements of course (feathers being a common theme) but once you get to know the two you really won't confuse one for the other.

It still feels kind of odd to me but I like the creativity. I would like for dracothion to be a little more present, instead of just providing this edition's stormcast mount flavour (which in 4th is morrda's job apparently)
