I'm guessing you mean the Exelio Variable Gravity Well, from Diebuster? That is correct, then, in that it is one of a kind as far as we know. The only space monster that survive a black hole and managed to absorb it as a power source rather than be consumed by it. Exelio is a beast.
But even the smaller space monsters have been shown shooting through planets to strike at fleets of ships that were hiding on the other side of them. Exelio may be the biggest and the strongest, but its would be a dangerous mistake to assume that means that the more common space monsters are therefore 'weak'.
