Kind of a different story if you're extensively building something complex and heavily physics related for a game that can be compressed, pre-loaded, called and re-used at any time, versus trying to animate cum shooting out of a dick at a single isolated moment in a cinematic.

If these animators could do the former, they wouldn't be making porn for a living. They'd be working with game and movie studios. I've seen much worse for attempts to animate a cumshot, I'll just put that out there.
