So all of us know by now that the Russians have a bad diet because they're slaughtered by the thousands in Ukraine, as per survival of the fittest rules, the people with the best diets are the healthiest, and therefore the most likely to win a war.

Russian diets usually consist of high nutrition food, generally they eat a lot of porridge, perogies, dumplings, etc... food with extremely high vitamin and mineral amounts.

Yet they are getting their asses handed to them by ex-military American/Canadian volunteers on a daily basis, whos diet consist of burgers, fries, ketchup, pizza, poutine, etc... not necessarily junk food but not exactly high in nutrients either.

So, my question is, how are people with a diet consisting of poor nutritional value winning against people with diets consisting of high nutritional value?

Well, I feel like there are secretly vitamins and minerals being pumped into all the burgers, fries, etc... in all the McDonalds around the United States and Canada, like it's actually healthier to eat burgers and fries all day than it is to eat high-nutrition foods, judging by how American soldiers are outperforming people with superior diets.
