i'm far from an expert on this but my gf really liked the boxer briefs from muji. they're just men's underwear ofc but they do a good job with the butt. i get the ones without the front open. i don't want this to read like an advertisement but it's probably my best clothing discovery. i guess uniqlo is similar but i haven't tried theirs. muji has like no stores but i think they ship.
women's clothes have "tells". like they button on the other side. they also tend to be weird in the shoulder. almost all men will have wider shoulders than women and you have to work with that. it's harder to find feminine-looking men's clothes but it usually fits a lot better.
i guess you could do that girl thing and cut off the bottom of a button-down shirt and wear it over a tank top like a blouse. i give you 50/50 on it works versus it looks ridiculous and you'll have to pick the right things to start with.
one time my gf made me an outfit that was basically a copy of what Envy wore in FMA. i think this worked surprisingly well. i didn't really have a plan beyond copying what i saw in media.
